Urban ArtWorks partnered with the City of Burien Economic Development team to launch the Burien Tourism Mural Art Program. Through this initiative, 12 professionally designed murals are coming to Burien’s commercial districts, celebrating local artists, supporting businesses, and shaping public spaces throughout the city. The transition from day into night creates a continuous journey through the landscape, reflecting the sense of exploration and connection to nature that is so much a part of life in the Pacific Northwest. Designed to be installed by the community on Nomad Adventures, the mural is intended to feel vibrant, welcoming, and distinctly rooted in place while celebrating the outdoor experiences that bring people together.”
