The Graffiti Defense Coalition and Urban ArtWorks signed a highly anticipated agreement with the City of Seattle to fund, organize, and produce large scale murals in Capitol Hill. This Seattle Mural Project’sworld wide call to artists runs until April 5th 2014. A total of four artists or artist groups will be chosen as winners, and will each be awarded $3000 in compensation upon completion of their murals thanks to a substantial and generous contribution by the City of Seattle Department of Neighborhoods. And each artist be provided with the paint and equipment they need to complete their vision thanks to the generous contributions of Miller Paint and Art Primo.
